Our group was blown away by the personal touches throughout our trip. David Hogan greeted us and identified us as first time patrons in his preshow address. Our residents were so excited when members of the cast boarded our bus after the show and thanked us personally for attending. They talked about it all the way home!

About Petrolia
YOU’LL BE SURPRISED!
The Victoria Playhouse is a 400 seat, state of the art theatre housed in one of the most architecturally impressive buildings in the county. Originally a fire hall, municipal office, police hall, jail, and opera house, it was completed in 1889 for a total cost of $35,000. A fire in 1989 caused extensive damage so it was later restored and re-opened in 1992 to be the Playhouse we know and love today.
Visit Petrolia to enjoy all of the unique sites, shops, restaurants, bed and breakfasts and of course, our home, the renowned Victoria Playhouse. Scroll down for places to eat!
