2023 VPP Sweepstakes Rules

1. There will be 10,000 tickets printed.
2. The price of each ticket is $10.00 or 3 for $20.00 Canadian funds. The tickets will be sold on a “first come, first serve” basis. Tickets are not tax deductible.
3. The Grand Prize is Beyond Borders Travel & Tours the Heart & Soul of Nashville Tour with travel dates of November 8-13, 2023. The value of the Grand Prize is $ 6000.00 CDN.
4. The Grand Prize will be drawn on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at the Victoria Playhouse following the performance.
5. The Bonus Prize is Beyond Borders Travel & Tours Ontario Theatre Showcase Christmas Tour with travel dates of December 5, 6 & 7, 2023. The Bonus Prize value is $2400.00 CDN.
6. The 2 VPP Ticket Prizes are 2 Separate Pairs of Season Tickets to the VPP’s 2024 Summer Season. Each pair of tickets is valued at $600.00 each.
7. The winners of the Bonus Prize and 2 VPP Ticket Prizes will be drawn on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the Victoria Playhouse Petrolia following the performance.
8. No person under the age of 18 may purchase a ticket.
9. Payment for tickets can be made with cash or cheque.
10. Tickets are available at Victoria Hall, 411 Greenfield Street, Petrolia Ontario until Sunday, October 29, 2023.
11. Employees of The Town of Petrolia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Draw. Immediate family is defined as spouse or children.
12. Purchasers of Lottery tickets must be physically present in Ontario at the time any ticket sale takes place.
13. The Winning tickets shall be drawn from a drum.
14. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
15. The Grand Prize and Bonus Prize may be transferred ONCE by the winner to another party. Transfer of the Grand Prize draw and the submission of the name to Beyond Borders Travel & Tours must be completed no later than Wednesday, October 25, 2023. Transfer and name submission for the Bonus Prize must be submitted to Beyond Borders Travel & Tours no later than Friday, November 10, 2023. If there is a name transfer on either the Grand Prize or Bonus Prize, it must be provided in writing to Beyond Borders Travel & Tours by the above indicated date or the prize will be forfeited.  Once the name has been submitted to Beyond Borders Travel & Tours standard cancellation terms apply as per brochure.    
16. The names of winners will be published on the theatre website at thevpp.ca, the “Victoria Playhouse Petrolia” Facebook Page, and will be announced from the stage.
17. The Lottery is operated under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of the Province of Ontario, License # M854400
