Tickets:
All ticket sales are final, we do not issue refunds.Tickets can be exchanged with advance notice for a $5 fee
We do not "reserve" seating, once you have made your request for a production, payment by Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash or Cheque must be made at that time. If you place your order by phone please have your Visa or MasterCard ready!
Ticket Delivery
Tickets that ordered within 1 week of a performance are held at our "will call" window for you to pick up. We ask that you arrive at the theatre a 1/2 hour prior to the performance time to do so.
Tickets ordered in advance of 1 week to the 1st performance date will be mailed out to your address. These orders include a $3 administration fee.
Ticket Sales
Members of VPP have a 2 week advance booking privilege for all ticket sales
Season Subscribers have access to purchase their upcoming years summer season tickets usually the 2nd week of October each year
Early Bird Subscriptions are on sale until December 24th each year. Booking an Early Bird Subscription of all 5 summer season shows before the Dec. 24th entitles you to a money saving discount.
After December 24th, summer season subscriptions go back to regular price!
Single Tickets are available for sale usually the 2nd week of January each year for the summer season, and usually in May for our winter production

Please fully complete the on line ordering form found on this web page.
Once you have sent your order to our offices, you are authorizing us to charge the credit card provided in the amount of your online order, once we have received your on line order it is non refundable. Please only send your order once!
All on line orders are handled through a secure EB Tech website.
Please place all on line orders at least 4 business days in advance of the 1st production you have chosen

Exchanges
Once tickets have been exchanged for a $5.00 fee it is your responsibility to ensure that the incorrect tickets are destroyed. We will send you the tickets for your new date if within 1 week of a production, if not you will need to pick them up at the "will call" window.
The exchanged tickets will be re-sold to other patrons, therefore if someone attends a performance with your exchanged seats they will be required to move, thank you!
Children
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our productions. Please note the age restrictions that are set our for each of our productions. Tickets must be purchased for all children attending, the child must be seated with an adult. Sorry, babes in arms are not permitted.

Cameras
NO photographic and / or recording devices are permitted in the theatre.
Cell Phones
Please turn all cell phones and pagers off or turned to vibrate while in the theatre. Doctor's please check in with the on-duty house manager.
Food & Drink
Please absolutely no food or drink in the theatre. If a cough candy is required please do not open it during the performance.
Hearing Device
We do have an infrared hearing system, you can pick a head phone set up at the box office prior to the performance. We ask that you leave a Driver's license with the box office, this will be returned to you once the head set is returned to us

Changes
All programming is subject to change!
We will attempt to contact you as soon as possible once a change is made, however we suggest that you check our website, and or voicemail prior to coming to the theatre!
